I own one plus 5 and 6 for which ordered cable and by mistake I had placed an order for 2 Type C to Type C cable. I realised it only after the delivery of the product and immediately contacted the customer care. But the customer care was unfriendly and kept repeating their no return policy. I understand you can maintain your policy but do give some time for customers to return/replace for orders. Atleast if this warp cable was compatible with one plus 6 then would have bought the charger but this of no use for me. Hence request to kindly assist me in replacing with Type C to USB cable.
