One plus TV U1S series 55 inch purchased through amazon on 25.10.2021. It's screen became completely defective on 16.09.2022. A complaint was registered through customer care. Their technicians visited & informed that screen has to be replaced. They also placed orders for screen replacement.

They said to wait for 25-30 days. Even after 40 days they have not resolved the issue. Each time we contact customer care they tell to wait 24/48/72 hrs. I asked them for a written mail of status of the order. That is also not provided by them. Everyday they tell lies like we have escalated the issue and you will be updated by phone call or by mail from their end.
Very nasty service provided by the One plus India. Plz take strict action against them. My old age parents are in their home without a TV for almost 40 days now.
They should totally be banned from selling their products in India if they can not provide service. Plz look into the complaint. Was this information helpful? |
