As per one plus instruction and last trail mailed have submitted my one plus CE 5G handset at nearest service centre having address One Plus ESC-Thane office no 106 1st flr Orion Business Park Next to Cine Wonder Mall, Kapurbawdi, Ghodbunder Road, Thane(West) 400607 on dated 2 Aug 21 vide reference no. HDS0HZOLZ9RF and was been committed that the issue will be resolved in next 3 to 4 days and same would be communicated to me on my number [protected] but it's being over one week(more than 12 days) i have neither been communicated anything regarding the same by your service centre guy on my number nor even service centre number [protected] is working, had tried multiple time on same number was given by service center at the time of submission. However, have called up to one plus customer care number wherein spoken with ur CC executive but he was not aware of anything was totally blanked and could not been able to provide the proper information even he was not knowing anything and was keep on saying to contact service centre and service center is around 25 to 30KM away from my residence and i'm also having my work as well hence not possible to visit at service centre repeatedly.
I have purchased One Plus CE 5G on 21 Jul 21 and within 10 days only if i'm getting a problem with newly purchased mobile then what kind of service one plus is giving against such a good competitor like samsung, vivo, oppo etc is very pathetic and since last 8 days i'm not getting any resolution on my issue persisting with my handset.
Hence, requesting you to look into this in manner of and try to process my refund on priority.
Your quick action in these regards would be highly appreciated

I have purchased OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z Bass earphone last year where as one year warranty. But after 4 months earphones unable to turn on. Even one day one magnet of earphone came out and I fixed with glue. I am working in private sector and work suffered lot of due to such inferior product. I even not got any reply from Amazon after updating complaint. After using another option for earphone I visited OnePlus service Centre for replacement of earphone under one year warranty period, they out rightly refused for replacement. Requested you intervene and help to get it replace.
