I am an one plus 3 owner. Not even six months since i purchased the phone. The product quality is so poor that it made me visit the service center 3 times, those are as follows:-
7/10/16:-b2x newtown kolkata. My device was going into fast boot mode in its own and volume buttons was behaving abnormally.
Os was reinstalled.

2/12/16:-b2x newtown kolkata. My device is presently with them and them with the same issue and they are clamming that there is a liquid damage, in spite of any contact of liquid with my phone. And the are even clamming that the so called aluminum back panel is rusting, as far my knowledge goes i don't think aluminium rusts. B2x newtown kolkata service center engineers are clamming it to be so.
I am fed-up with this company and there service centers and i am afraid that by making products of this standards, how many days they will be surviving in the market. Worst product experience i had ever had. The company made me compel to make a complain against them to the consumer court. I will definitely be doing so. Was this information helpful? |
