Issue: My OnePlus TV Y Series 32Y1 (Product Model: 32HAOAOO) was not switched on, 1st time technician visited and confirm that TV has mother board issue, it is under warranty period, post that after many phone calls no response received from OnePlus service.
Resolution Need: My Kind request is to replace this product with a new one since it is under warranty period.
