Oneplus — Order was RTO but refund not received

I had purchased OnePlus Nord Gray Onyx 6 GB RAM + 64 GB Storage.

Order was RTO on 10th Oct 2020 and now 25 days passed but I didn't received refund. Whenever I had contacted to Oneplus customer service they told me your case was escalated on high priority wait for 24-48 hours for resolution. And they till didn't solve my problem. Theie customer service treat me like begger, I had experiences very third class service.
