Oneplus — Refund not received. | |||
I have placed an order of OnePlus Nord from www.oneplus.in on Oct 16th and refused to accept the delivery on Oct 19th as I want to place another order using a different card for cashback. After I refused the delivery OnePlus shipping partner kept my refused order at their location for 9 days as according to them OnePlus was not responding to their return update and after my continuous follow up they finally shipped it back to OnePlus. Now it's been 15 days that my refund has not been processed. I have been talking to them(OnePlus) every other day and they are not giving me a confirmation of refund. They kept saying that they are escalating the case but I am not getting any update. I really need my money back. In the picture, I have attached the order details. Was this information helpful? | |||
