[Resolved]  ONGC — cant download admit card

I am not able to download my admit card. While submitting my registration number and date of birth, I am getting an error message as shown below, "Your Application has not been accepted Or Incorrect Registration number and Date of Birth combination entered" so please help me to solve this problem .
