ONGC — gas subsidy amount not received yet

I am an indane subscriber. My gas consumer number is 26323 and gas distributor is Vikas distributor. I have already updated my bank account and adhar card details. However, I have receive the first gas subsidy amount of 580/-. My last booking number is 488884. Kindly investigate the matter.
