ONGC — leakage issue not resolved after waterproofing at my house | |||
Dear sir/madam, Last year's my house water proofing work was done by new coat at roof which cost me nr. Abt. 60000/- will an assurance next 5 years we will not have any leakages issue but this year it self faces big leakages issue in all the rooms matter was reported to mr. Vivek modi (Area manager of south gujarat) and 2 officials from pidilite mr. Jatin and mr jaydeep but no action has been taken from dr fixit site. Condition still worst. When we contacted mr. Vivek modi (Area manager of south gujarat) for rework to be done, he has given me assurance to repair from last 02 months I am totally dissatisfied with dr. Fixit work.
