Onicra Credit Rating Agency Of India Limited — Regarding EPFO as cannot get my pf amount

I am unable to get mey epfo amount as DOE is not mentioned in my UAN a/c and it says that no amount is submitted to epfo a/c by employer. Trying hard to reach the HR department but not prompt response received till date.
