Onkyo — onkyo home theatre and poor service

Bad product, bad service. I started to experiencing many issues. I will never buy an onkyo product in my life, based on this upsetting experience. Specially very very poor service, (Vijay seals)
I am calling castmer care service frm few months and evry day reply is “ i will send service person today” and still i am waiting for service person’s today.
