I received a phone call from number[protected] on December 31 2014 with a claim of booking a 5Days and 4nights holiday anywhere in India, Thailand and Malaysia along with a tablet on referral for INR7999. The person on the phone identified himself as Mr Rahul and confirmed that this is genuine and all the promises explained and advertised on the website http://onlinedealstoday.co.in/FamilyFriendlyaccommodation.aspx will be fulfilled. Based on his claim and assurance on email, my Friend and I paid INR 7999 each through Pay U money on 31st December 2014. We were told that an application form will be sent and the same needs to be dully filled and sent back. We did that within the next 15days of payment with dates and our preferred holiday destination. This when our problems started. We have been made to run from pillar to post and in spite of numerous phone calls, emails and 9 agonizing months, we have neither received a tablet nor have we received a confirmation of our holiday. And to top it, the staff at the call center are very rude and always has as an excuse at a drop of an hat. I am seriously considering lodging a criminal complaint against this group. All I need at this time is a refund or a confirmation on my holiday
In the mean time I received a call from them on July 10th asking me to pay the taxes on the tablet. If done so, the person claimed that that tablet will be shipped immediately, this person was only concerned about the money rather listening to me resolving my previous queries. They also enticed me with sunglasses and a wrist watch if I made the transfer in the next one hour. I am going to lodge a criminal complaint against this company and would also request other non suspecting customers to stay away from onlinedealstoday. All I need at this time is a refund of money that I paid almost 9 months ago.
