I make payment of 336rupees in a website boatnirvana.co.in and i realise that it's a fake website because it doesn't have any response after the payment or I didn't receive any confirmation message, order id or tracking id. I couldn't find the site now.

Kindly check and support to claim the amount

I myself Sapan Kumar Pattanaik from Pune. I have purchased a package of Rs. 7999/-. But now they haven't pickup my phone. The Customer Care Number is always ringing ...ringing & ringing. They cheated me. Neither they give me a free givt nor any Tour Packages.

I had been offered a holiday package and assured free gift by Online Deals Today, vide their telephone call and mail dtd 28TH May 2015.
I booked this package on 29th May 2015, by making payment of INR 7999 in cash into their HDFC Bank account no [protected].
I received the Order confirmation vide their mail dtd 30th May 2015.
I subsequently placed my Order Booking Request Form no ODT001334 dtd 28th Aug 2015 with them, in their prescribed format and as per their rules, vide my mail dtd 30th Aug 15. Further, on their request the hard copy of the Order form, alongwith requested documents, was couriered to their office First Flight AWB no E[protected] dtd 1st Sep 2015. This was delivered to their office on 3rd Sep 2015.

I have constantly been following up with them to provide me with a reservation confimation, for the preferred dates, at the preferred locations (Raichak or Kolkata), in a resort mentioned on their Resort list on the date of the booking. However, regretfully they have not been able to provide me with a reservation confirmation till date.
Furthermore, they have been trying to mislead and coerce me to accept the reservations for resorts that do not appear on their Resort list, for the subject preferred locations, on the date of the booking.
There is no response to my phone calls. No response to my emails. I have not received a reservation confirmation (in line with the terms of their offer). I am yet to receive the assured free gift.
In view of their failure to provide me with the much awaited vacation and unable to wait any I requested for a refund of my payment, on 8th Oct 2015. However I am yet to receive the same till date either.

I have purchased onlinedealstoday holiday package now i want to redeem it but no one at their office receive calls and no reply to mail so please be safe these company is fraud as i m suffering since 3 months

This started with a transaction made on 17-April-2015 to buy a holiday package from OnlineDealstoday (http://onlinedealstoday.co.in/). An executive from OnlineDealsToday called me and sold their product saying that these were happy hours and if i buy the deal now i will be getting a tablet for free. I went ahead and bought the deal. I received the holiday package after a week. I was calling them for my pending delivery of tablet and they were giving fake commitments and simply procrastinating the dates saying that they don’t have stock, One 30June2015 they asked me to pay additional INR 3000 as processing fees for the tablet even when It was not part of the deal and assured that the tablet will be delivered in weeks span. The contact person was Mr. Pramil Sharma ([protected]) an employee of OnlineDealsToday whom i was talking to, all this time. I made a payment of 2999 on 30-June-2015 using creditcard# through their website but the payment was not successful as it was declined from the merchant. The transaction was done using PAYTM gateway. Unfortunately the amount was deducted from my credit card account, so i called paytm regarding the transaction and they said that the transactions were not successful and the amount will be credited back in my credit card account in a weeks span which did not happen. I was then requesting onlinedealstoday to refund my amount for which they were again giving fake commitments. I then later called paytm again and got to know that onlinedealstoday had claimed the transaction. Again I called PAYTM to refund my money and they said that the transaction has settled. I don’t understand why paytm settled the failed transaction without my approval. I am not sure if paytm is involved in this fraud. Guys, These people are total fraud. We see so many people suffering because of their dishonesty. Responsible bodies should take serious action against them so that they do not cheat others and enjoy from the hard earned money of others in future.

I m a student of Assam Donbosco university, azara guwahati Assam 781017 My issue is that before Diwali a phone call came to me in the afternoon after that one representative of online deals today (www.onlinedealstoday.co.in) and said that there is a Diwali offer for me. He said that i[censored] buy or order our package now then u will be getting one booklet and a laptop free with it (dell inspiron 15R 5521) model. So I order it only one for Rupees 8995 but after sometime I saw that they have deducted 2*8995 rupees but I done nothing they send two booklet (welcome kit) by DTDC courier service and again that they call me after some days and ask that I want laptop or not I said that I want it and after that they said that I have to do emi or have some taxes of 7999 Rupees for the laptop to dispatch from there side otherwise they will not dispatch the laptop till now they have not send the laptop it is said to me that for one purchase of booklet I will get one laptop but they send to booklet so it there duty to send me 2 laptops now . but they did not respond please asked them.

Despite taking full amount the hotel accommodation was provided at a 3rd grade hotel in a non-ac room. No welcome drink or breakfast was provided. Booking confirmed just a few days before journey and not after remitting full booking amount as promised earlier. Feedback and response is very very bad. Overall, the experience is very very bitter . I want my money back.

I had made the Payment on 06-Nov-2015 regarding the gift and Online Package for Rs 8959. i had made the Payment through Neft Process Via Netbanking. they had given me the confirmation for the Payment Received. but next day this send the Courier Tracking details of Parcel they had said . but next day I had called to them they are saying that today is holiday. and today also I had called they lift the call and 3 to 4 days are Holidays. they are fraud and gandu People they are faking the people and i called and told that I am Registering they are saying Yes do it. why the ICICi Payment Gateway also Doing this Fraud Things. I will request to the ICICI Merchant to shoud track the Person .Please any Body help me.. I had Waste my total monthly salary for this Cheaters..

I have purchased 7999 package. I was trying to reach out to the given number [protected]/[protected]. Both are not reachable. I sent an email to the enquiry email ID and didn't get a response. This is not fair.[protected] got connected once and the executive is not able to find my information. These people are cheating the customers. What can i say about this fraud company which doesn't have any ethics. I have booked a package through them and since then they are not at all respondig to my emails and calls. Don't ever get into the trap of this fradulent scam, they claim to give you 3-5 star hotels for your next holiday in nominal charges. But they can't give you any, they claim that they have never messed up in any booking and 100% refund policy is also there. This is what i heard from them your claim is unjustified . Dear All, They will give you lucrative offer in their phone call. But once you pay some amount, they ask more amount to pay for different reasons. And ultimately you get tired to get your things. So never come under their offer, what ever they give. And try to avoid to attend call.

Dear team, I don't know how genuine you guys are, but if you are really genuine then you should need to check the facts. 1. you have mentioned that i can ask for refund within 7 days, which clearly means weather i am satisfied or not i can ask for refund which i already did. 2. Your so called proclaimed operational manager told me that he can process my refund at any point of time. He does not need to adhere to policy also, he can process the refund even after 3 months. 3. your booking team sent me incorrect bookings, even number of nights were not correct in that. Also, I can not get the confirmation from hotel. I can not make the plans based on tentative bookings, in which you can even confirm number of adults and number of nights. 4. below is the email from you about booking, where as i asked for 4 adult for 4 nights, you are trying to give 3 nights for 2 adults, that too in any hotel of your choice. How justified is that. Period of booking – From(28 Dec 2015) to ( 31 Dec 2015 ) Number of members accommodated – 2 Adults Room Category – Standard or Deluxe Rooms 5. Do you think that i should change my flights based on the confirmation above and need to ask my friends to drop the plans since we got booking only for 2 adults for 3 nights. So, you have failed to do the bookings on all fronts and telling me that my claims are unjustified. how good is that.

This company is fraud collecting money form the renowned payment gateway. There 7 day refund policy is also fake. Once they collect the money forget about the refund you would not get your booking also. From the day1 itself, they have made false promise, Mr Varun, Mr tripathi, etc etc. There phone is always busy and they will never call you back or respond to your emails.

My name is Nitin thakkar, I am staying in Pune. I was contacted by mr. Varun Patel representing the above co. He promised giving me Xperia z2 mobile on purchase of his co.s vouchers. Accordingly I made him payment. But neither the company nor any employee and nor even directors replied properly to my mails or phones. I came to know that I was cheated so I asked for refund the very next day. Now they are clearly denying refund of money paid rs. 7999. This seems to be their regular style of cheating customer as I can see some more clients complaints.we must teach them lesson so that no more customers are cheated.

Sir, I got a family package on September 2014 through online. Upto the payment they called often and they are in available state.After that there is no response if i mailed about any package. Please do needful or guide me to claim my money back.
