[Resolved] Online Dth — cancellation of order-refund of money | |
I perumandla venugopal ordered dd free dish through onlinedth.co.in. But i got dish tv set. I do not want dish tv. I don't know how to cancel the order. I order through debit card. My order id is: yrs138614. I got dish tv installation request from dish tv authority but i rejected it. My order amount is 2855. I have contacted onlinedth authority many times but they had rejected my phone calls. So please cancel my order and refund my money. I wish my issue will be resolved as soon as possible. Jul 8, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Onlinedth phone number is 011-40467248.Email id is:[email protected] have contacted me through this phone number when I was ordering the DDfree dish.I ordered DDfree free dish.But I got installation request from dishtv authority. I had rejected the dishtv product from them. After wards they have closed the installation request as I was rejected the same.I have tried to contact them many times But their is no response from them. When I trying to contact them through phone call as it answering it is a wrong number. I have also sent mail to them but there is no response from them. I ordered the product through debit card. My order id is:YRS138614.MY Order amount is:2855. So please consider my issue and resolve it as soon as possible. | |
