My name is ravi shankar pathak. I provide my number to dish tv customer care service for taking a new dth connection from on 9.06.3019, they told me that they are going to arrange a call from their sales executives and same day I received a call from online dth company and they told me that they are sellers of dth of all the companies. And they provide me a good offer of dish tv dth and asked me to pay online of amount Rs. 1699 for premium hd dish tv connection. I paid them and received the order number is18465 on my email. Their sales executive told me that my order is confirmed and in next 5 hours the dish tv engineer will visit to my address and install the dth meanwhile I received a message from dish tv with installation request no. I.e [protected] But no one has come to install the dth. The sales executive of online dth company did not pick my phone call and on their helpline number they disconnect the phone after taking my order number again and again. After that I checked the review about online dth company on internet, I was shocked to see that a number of same complaints are there about the company for fraud. They are fraudulent people and they must be stopped to fool the people by taking their money without providing them any service. Kindly resolve my issue.
