This THE WORST service any one could provide. Don't ever trust these people. The ladies who work there are very nice at first, but once you pay they will show their true color. I have lost money in a scam, and tried to file a complaint through them. They asked me to pay first. After I paid they started to ignore my messages. Dheeshna (Case Manager) started to ignore my messages. I tried to call their customer service. After 6 attempts she picked the call and she started to talk rudely. She said she have so many clients and she can't respond to everyone, we should leave a message and she will resolve it. If you provide a service you have to be responsible and patient. People who lost something would be vulnerable and afraid of everyone. They don't even have that basic concern towards their client. They don't treat their clients with respect. They will say they are busy with other clients. Better don't try to contact them. These people are worse than the scammers. Was this information helpful? |
