Online Shopping Turboshopp — Fake product delivery

Hello sir i have purchased mobile handset through my order no. T23398 online shopping portal turbooshop on 04/07/17 (1july). Its delivered me on 07/07/17 (07 july). They send me duplicate mobile handset & also send fake invoice/no invoice with charged gst on 07/07/17. They clearly cheat customers as well as government through selling duplicate items & collecting tax via fake invoices. I request you to plz look into this matter & take action against this fraud online portal company.. Here attach the proof of invoice.

They send me duplicate mobile handset & also send fake invoice/no invoice with charged gst on 10/07/17. They clearly cheat customers as well as government through selling duplicate items & collecting tax via fake invoices. I request you to plz look into this matter & take action against this fraud online portal company.. Here attach the proof of invoice.

We apologize for the inconvenience. This product comes with 6 Months warranty and it is provided by Warranty Value.

Your Mobile phone will be collected from your doorstep and warranty will be applicable as per the below condition:
Received product in good condition, but not working.
Battery not charging.
Charger not working.
It is mandatory to keep your warranty card and invoice to claim the warranty.
