I made an online transaction from bagitoday.com on 3rd Feb 2013 worth Rs. 2098/- using my credit card.
The Order ID is [protected].
The payment was deducted from my credit card but I got confirmation mail from bagitoday stating that transaction has been unsuccessful.
I then sent them the credit card statement wherein the transaction amount was indicated in favor of bagitoday.
Since then I have been regularly writing to them but my complaint remains unaddressed till date.
I am yet to receive my order or refund of money.
I would say that bagitoday is a crooked enterprise not worthy of any dealing.
