Hi, I bought two t-shirts from CILORY http://www.cilory.com/ but after the money got deducted they showed a transaction failure, i mailed them immediately but still no replies. I am afraid i lost 1000rs . Please help if anyone has any suggestions.

Order Return Not Being Processed

The return request was initiated by me more than 15days back. The reverse courier has not yet been picked up by them still and the 30days time limit for return is almost up at this rate.
