Money deducted from Credit Card but showing Transaction Failure

Hi, I bought two t-shirts from CILORY http://www.cilory.com/ but after the money got deducted they showed a transaction failure, i mailed them immediately but still no replies. I am afraid i lost 1000rs . Please help if anyone has any suggestions....
