I had ordered a Cake & Accessories for my husbands birthday on 09-Sep-2013 for Rs.1029.Till date nothing is being delivered.I tried to contact the customer care no’s but its of completely no use, neither any of my e-mails they have responded and no money re-fund. Total loss of money & time and big loss of the celebration moment.My entire family was upset due to what has happened and even my husband was more upset on me as I trusted this website & attempted to do this online ordering stuff.These people are least bothered , every time I make a call some or the other person picks it and within 20 sec’s the call is cut., they gave different reasons every time and now they are not picking the call.

I am surprised to see the comments in consumer forum from many people since last year or so.I don’t understand why this website is still on net making business by dupping people all over india & abroad as well.Strict action should be taken against them it’s a big game they are playing with emotions of people on there special moments like Birthdays, Anniversaries so on. FAKE & DISGUSTING GROUP on EARTH !

Forum please take care off as early as possible & whoever read my comment please spread the awareness as not to use this website.
