[Resolved] Gallibazaar — Refund issues | |||
Hi, I purchased one saree (Surat Dreams-18090) from GALLIBAZAAR with Order ID: 6671. Dated:[protected] The product was delivered to me on[protected], but the product was not the one i ordered, so I called up the customer care and they asked me to send it back via India Post with assurance of refund and i sent it back with Tracking ID: CP[protected]IN on 17/06/2013. It was delivered back to seller on[protected], but the refund has not been initiated by GALLIBAZAAR yet. I have sent multiple emails and calls to the GALLIBAZAAR customer support, now its almost one month and i didnt get my money back. Please help me in this issue. Thank you. No refund
This is regarding - Order ID: #18775 Gallibazzar cancelled the order saying product not in stock on 19th Sep but money is not yet refunded (30th Sep). I contacted customer care but no response. Can you help me to get the refund.
