[Resolved]  Giftstoworld.com — Playing with emotions (poor customer service, fooling people)

Hi,

My name is Arpit and I had booked a cake with Giftstoworld.com on Oct 2, ORDER NO. GTW10146, to be delivered to Hyderabad on the same day to which they easily promised they will before 2PM. Following up on the day, they said it will reach by 5 then 6 and hence they kept delaying post which they stopped receiving phone calls and cut our calls. They received calls from separate numbers and once they realize it is us they simply started cutting again and right at around 9 PM at night they said they cant deliver.

Money loss do exist right now, but they so easily played with the emotions of someone who wanted to send a cake to his brother. Had even they told earlier in the noon, something else could have been tried but they preferred cutting calls n fooling their customer. They dont understand if the customer make their business its them whose curses and actions can destroy them as well.

Anyway, no intimation for a week now. After reaching out to them again n again, I asked if they can send another cake to Noida and dont refund the money to which again they happily agreed and just to repeat, exactly the same process happened...delayed assurances, cutting calls, ignoring and no intimation.

I really doubt their credibility, their brains (if they have any) and hence their ability to refund the money. They contacts are below:
