I m greatly disappointed with the kind of service given by these guys.
First of all I had ordered the cake and flowers to be sent on 13th March morning.
It did not reach, I called up customer care and he said it would reach by 5 pm max.
when it was not delivered even by 6.30 pm I called up again, this time instead I being angry, the customer care was really rude to me, and they dropped the call. Calling so many times my calls where rejected ?? Was that a way.. You have charged be double to just to delivered flowers and cake to my loved on on her birthday. and you reject your customer calls ?
By 10 pm or so the receiver got a call from the delivery guy, they where heading out for dinner. The delivery boy was extremely rude to the receiver ?? He said he would reach in another hour that is 11 pm ???? I sent her flowers and cake to make her happy and not to get her have a rude conversation from the delivery guy? At the end he said to her to self collect the cake from bakery ????
Was that a way ? For What did I pay this extra amount ? For the birthday lady to collect the cake self. I really felt very bad that I sent her all this to make her happy. Was this a way ???
Moreover the flowers are not yet delivered till date ? when I tried to call the customer care yesterday every time my call was rejected.
I want my entire money back and also case against them for playing with people emotions
More than money its about the people emotions they play with taking money from them.
This is a Fraud.
