Hi Sir, Product detail : Seagate Expansion 1 TB Hard Disk Drive Portable USB 3.0 +USB 2.0 Code: 448435 I was order online “Seagate USB HDD” from shopcluse on 30th Aug 2013 & I have received hard disk on 6 Sep 2013.(shopCluse order no # 6406409) I was facing issue with HDD on day one ( some its detected or some time it’s not ) after three day its completely not detecting. I have log the complain in shopcluse on 15th Sep 2013 but still no action taken by shopcluse. Shopcluse send me defected product and instead of take any action against your registered supplier they are saying to me to go service center... !! I have send hard disk to Seagate service center & they retune back HDD to me because this product is export product & Seagate not support this kind of product...I think shopcluse are cheating with customer..
