[Resolved]  USB FAN — Defect product received

I received the product of order no:3115035 which is not working .I complained to shopclues regarding the same by mail and phone.
But its been 3 weeks they have not taken any action,I will be getting reply from shopclues to contact the merchant .Even after I call and mail to merchant. The result is zero,no response.
This is insane to the customer. I here by complain to please remove or stop shopclues.com from action to sell their product online and hence they stop cheating customer.
