Online Sky Shop /shiprocket — Surveil HD Bulb Light Panoramic Camera

I ordered for this item and made the advance payment of Rs.1, 749/- . Ref : Order No.[protected] and Invoice No. Retail 10907 dated 09/10/2021.

The product was delivered to me on last Friday . It is DEFECTIVE AND SEEMS TO BE FAKE . The delivery document attached to the packet do not contain an invoice with the name of the supplier and any operating manual too. I searched google and got few addresses and numbers ...send complaints by email to the customer care support. Then I got a number [protected] ...and put a whats up complaint . No response .

That is no details of the Manufacturer, Distributor or Supplier is available for returning the defective product or to get replacement or Refund of the amount paid .
