Online transaction — Regarding transaction failure

I had paid the amount to Google Play Store via Google Pay to buy storage for my Google account on 16th of October 2020 somewhere between 1 am- 2 am but after the payment, my amount has been deducted but and I didn't get the redeemable code of Google Play Store which I usually get via text message.

Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.
