We had booked an all-inclusive holiday package with Online Trip Global through their representatives Rohit & Muskaan on September 1, 2022 for Amritsar at a total cost of INR 152950. The split up provide by them was as follows:
Landing Charges(4*accomodation, airport pick up& drop, local sightseeing) INR 50000
Flight Bangalore Roundtrip 37826
Flight Chennai Roundtrip 65124
Total 152950
We were asked to pay the full flight charges and 50% of the landing charges in advance which was duly transferred on September 1, 2022 amounting to INR127950
Within ten minutes of receiving this amount, received a call asking for INR15000 more as apparently the pricing for Chennai flight had gone up. The tickets indicated an increase of 4k only. When questioned, they claimed the increase was for Bangalore & Chennai put together and Bangalore flights were yet to be booked.
Checked online and realized that the price increase for Bangalore also was INR 5631.When we communicated this to them, one Mr. Rohit asked us to take care of the Bangalore bookings ourselves and write an email seeking refund of the flight charges relating to Bangalore flight. They agreed to take care of 4*accomodation, airport pick up& drop, local sightseeing provided we pay the balance of 25k. The refund of Bangalore flight charges they claim would take 20-50 days as per their Company policy which was neither communicated to us nor is it updated in their portal.
Wrote an email accordingly asking them to confirm total refund of INR37826 within 20days post which we were to pay the package balance of 25k.
On September 2. 2022, they have come back claiming that the Landing Charges which was a fixed component @INR50K has also become flexible now, and is INR80000 and not as agreed earlier. This increase is essentially to ensure that they do not have to refund the Flight charges already paid to them which they say will pay later.
They want a commitment from us that we would agree to the increase in Landing Charges failing which they will cancel the booking and refund as per their Company policy.
As per their Company policy. if the cancellation is initiated by them they are required to pay 100% of the amount hence they are harassing us asking us to either pay additional amount or send a cancellation request.
As the cancellation is suggested by them, we asked them to deduct the flight charges of Chennai which has been done by them amounting to INR 69124 from the amount already paid to them and refund the balance amounting to INR[protected] MINUS 69124) if they are unable to render the services as per the agreed terms and conditions. They are not providing any solution but only harassing through messagers asking us to send in a mail for cancellation.
Requesting you to please help us get the refund of INR 58826.
There are two more complaints registered against this Company citing the problem similar to the one faced by us where they demand more money after taking the initial payment as per the agreed terms.
Requesting you please take strict action against such fraudsters so that more public don’t get cheated in future.

When I contacted one Mr.Devendra( Mobile No.[protected]) who seems to be the Owner and asked him why the delay in refund, he asks who will compensate for the damage caused due to the malpractice being highlighted online. When asked the date when the refund will get credited, got no answer.
Despite deducting INR 6397, they are only postponing refund.
