'm Satish Shinde, working in Pune and living with family in Magarpatta City, Pune. Would like to report fraud travel agent.
Travel agent name Rohit (WhatsApp No. +91-[protected]) from Online Trip Global gave me quotation (85k) on 10-Sep for Uttarakhand vacation Trip (28-Oct to 08-Nov) for a family of 4 (2 adult + 2 kids) and he demanded a payment of 30k to start hotel booking which I done on 17-Sep-22. After that he showcase that he booked 1 hotel and I got mail from booking.[protected]@gmail.com (PFA) with some booking info. Again he started asking more money to book remaining hotel stating if not paid then cancel the booking & I wouldn't get any return money. So I paid 15k & 20k on 19-Sep-22. Then again he demanded more money stating that his booking dept is asking it, so I paid 10k and 10k on 21-Sep. So Total deal amount of 85k paid.
Later he didn't send any confirmation about hotel booking so I started asking why is the case. He replied back on 30-Sep stating he will book after 05-Sep. I follow up on 05-Oct but he didn't reply so I again follow up on 06-Sep then he replied stating he need 40K as hotel prices has gone up.

Kindly help to look into this matter as well as refund of amount paid to this agent.
