Spoined the birthday function by delivering cake late and in distorted condition.. it might have fell down on the way of shipping and they packed it and deliveredjust like that. didnt do any refund as well.. customer care team was rude and was arguing with me for asking for refund.. we submitted all proof of purchase and still they argued that they have no policy to refund. if you want to spoil your function, order from them or stay away from these fraud people.
