The order is still not delivered .
So many times contacted customer care, they are not useful. They just say it is in process. Wait for it.
It's been more than 10 days of my order, haven't delivered it. OnlineDelivery.in please help to resolve it. Otherwise i will ask each & everyone in my network to give negative feedback & don't use your service....

I have ordered chocolate and other stuff for my husband. They charged me extra for same day delivery but neither the order is delivered nor they refunded me.
They are not even replying to the mails sent.
Very poor customer service. Don't trust them....

Spoined the birthday function by delivering cake late and in distorted condition.. it might have fell down on the way of shipping and they packed it and deliveredjust like that. didnt do any refund as well.. customer care team was rude and was arguing with me for asking for refund.. we submitted all proof of purchase and still they argued that they have no policy to refund. if you want to spoil your function, order from them or stay away...

I ordered a cake from onlinedelivery.in. My order id is #167178. I ordered the birthday delicious cake which had sprinkles on the side. But what i received was some simple fresh cream cake. This site promises to give the delivery on same day within 24 hours. Before placing one order on mother's day i asked the support team whether they can deliver the product on the same day as i cant accept any inconvenience on the eod but they said there will be nothing like this.
