Had shifted from trichy to chennai last month and had booked a multiple connection for dishtv from onlinedth.co. Inon 15.06.2019. I had paid rs 2598.00 vide transaction number yrs138727 for the connections and they had promised that it would be installed on the same day, but they did not install it and the next day the person from dish tv came and due to technical reasons it could not be installed. The person told me to cancel the order and i cancelled the same on 16.06.2019. Till date they have not refunded my money back although it is claimed that if not satisfied the money will be returned immediately without any questions asked. The most unprofessional part is that they are not answering any calls neither are they replying to any messages sent. Looks like a fraud company and request to get my hard earned money back from these fraudsters. The head of this fraud gang is one jyothi dhiman who was pestering with frequent calls to take up the new connection and once the payment was made the cheat is not answering the phone any more, please be careful of this fraud company and never ever buy anything form these cheaters, once again a humble request to help me get my hard earned money back.
