(Vaibhav jain-[protected]) requested for new dish tv hd connection in april and paid complete amount of rs.1450 but i have not received any email for the same, moreover i am unable to login to my account online as it says details not found and when called 3-4 times to your toll free number, 1 madam picks up the call and everytime she disconnects without giving any information. Is this the service you are planning to give to your new customers....

Full description of my complaint:
I have ordered a product [dd free dish hd recorder set top box × 1]...

I have placed an order on 25/05/2020 at 14:20 hrs. Through onlinedth.co.in being order no. #28385 for new dish tv full hd connection and paid rs.1249/-. And as per condition after placement of order authorized dish tv technician will call me over given contact number within 24 to 48 hrs. Be it mentioned here that 09 days have already been passed but till now none of such technician contact me nor i have been contacted by the service provider....

Hi, I booked Airtel DTH connection through onlinedth.co.in site, order number was 26204 on 28 March 2020. Also paid amount via Paytm. I am Still waiting for the connection after 1.5 months.

When i call to their number. No one is now picking the phone, if someone picks he/she disconnect immediately. Set mails to them, but no response.

Seems some fake website, company is ongoing. Do not use this website for booking...

I have paid 2750 they said me due to coronavirus they are not taking cash so i paid payment from my paytm but now they are not picking my calls and after that i search this company online this onlinedth.co.in is a fraud company i will file a FIR and sue them because they are fooling many people and i will stop them...

I have enquired if my dth set top box would be upgraded. They have agreed and a payment of rs 2250 was made through credit card. Once the technician came for installation there was an issue during installation. The payment was done. When contacted they have asked me to pay another 1749 for a new connection while my request was only to upgrade the box. I had to pay another 2250 to the technician. I asked them to for refund for which they stopped...

I placed an order today 31aug.2019 at www.onlinedth.co.in for airtel dth new set top with 1 month free recharge (New dth connection). Rs. 1199 was paid for the complete package. After placing the order through paytm and confiming to them on call, i have received 2 sms as attached. Their commitment was to install on same day. As per their confirmation i called back them to their lan line number[protected] at 2pm on but they disconnected...

They do not pick my calls and doing the installation. I think this is a scam. But why no action was taken on them how i get my money back?

I had booked dishtv nu connection +multi frm onlinedth.co.in on 10 may frm its online website in which they had mentioned in Rs 1299 dishtv +hd+Recording +1 mnth titanium pack free +multi 999 that's total is 2298 but they charged Rs 2698 frm me 400 extra, Pl return Rs 400 extra charged back in my account. I wanted to buy a new D2H connection for my residence and searched about it and found www.onlinedth.co.in. I have been contacted by a representative from the number +[protected] and asked me to pay online Rs.1699. I have paid it and got a message after about an hour (screenshots attached).It was supposed to get installed on the same day[protected], Tuesday) but apparently I have not been able to get any further information about the status...

10mins get a call 12% cancellation charge.. Again another call after 10mins stating 24% cancellation charge

Website says 100% refund in cases where installation not possible or cx cancels.

No email reply... Refund not yet received.. Order placed...
