I want to cancel order which I have placed an order on 07/04/2019 order no. #15397 and #yrs132131 for new dish tv full hd box and paid rs. 1699/-. I received a call where in i was assured to get the dish tv connection installed within 24 hrs But till now it haven't installed nor i have been contacted by anybody. When i try to call on yhe customer care no. As soon as i mention that i have purchased connection, the customer care executive hangs up the phone.I have called a no. of times to cancel my order bt they are not ready to listen . The customer service is so hostile

no one responding from onlinedth.co.in on this issue,
i give a call from previous 4 days, but they ask you recd call from our side and then call is disconnected.
so, worst service and also, not any proper no. to connect.
