Order no - 16350 placed on 23rd april 2019, received a call from them on 24th april 2019 stating the one i have bought is a secondary connection & i need to pay rs1650 in total to get a new connection. I mentioned that its available for much lesser in amazon as onlinedth.co.in claims "cheapest price guarenteed" they asked for the link & i did provide them & the caller said they will get back to me after verifying it. Till now i have called their customer care number but unfortunately they don't pick up my call, have sent email but they have never responded, sent messages through their website, left voice mails at customer care but still they have never replied, they have put my order on hold. I would really prefer if they can cancel the order & process my refund.
