Onlinedthservice — They did not refund my money.and when I call him they disconnect my call immediately

I have have booked Dish Tv new connection from onlinedthservices and I have also done my payment but my order status show that it is cancelled and they did not refund my money. When I call customer service they pick my call I talk him for 1 min as a normal customer but when I say that I have ordered already and I want my money back they immediately disconnected my call . I call him 100 times but every time same response. My order no is - 28631 and my name is - Nikhil Dubey
