If there were any shortcomings in my documents, I should have been notified immediately; instead, there was an 8-day delay without any valid reason. Since then, I have been receiving calls every other day, claiming that my documents have been verified and that the filing team will contact me within 24 hours. I received a similar call yesterday, yet I have still not heard back from the filing team. Why, then, is there such a delay? For the past 10 days or so, I have been repeatedly assured that all my documents are correct and verified, and that I would receive a call from the filing team—but no such call has come. Today, for the third time, an issue has been raised regarding the 'TM-Questionnaire.' When this happened previously, I corrected the information and submitted it; your team reviewed it and confirmed that the provided details were entirely accurate. Raising new issues for a third time, after a 10-day interval, casts a question mark on professional competence. How can I believe that the new problem will not be created by making excuses for further delay.. Such unnecessary delays and negligence suggest that no genuine interest in resolving my case. If you are encountering difficulties and are unable to resolve this matter, please reimburse the expenses I have incurred in this process so far; this will allow me to seek assistance from another local agency to file my trademark application promptly. Alternatively, please provide a definitive timeline by which my trademark application will be successfully completed.
