Respected sir/madam,
I am here to lodge a complaint against a cheating from a company named "www.onlineskyshop.in" (Office address: 72, pul pehladpur, delhi 110044 phone no : [protected] email: [protected]@onlineskyshop.in) as i have been provided a
Wrong, defective and incomplete product.
On 18/7/2018 i ordered a "sheffied hot plate" from a site "www.onlineskyshop.in" and paid online (Against the order no.[protected] a sum total of money 1429/- including the shipping charge. After placing the order i received a sms intimating that my order has been successfully placed. After that i got a call to receive the intimation that my order will be shipped on 18/7/2018 but no tracking id had been given to me. When i received the parcel via blue dart on 21/7/2018 and opened the same i saw instead of sheffield hot plate i have benn delivered the
1. Wrong product named "life style"
2. There was no power cable inside the box
3. The regulator of the product was defective
4. Not received the gift in the form of aluminium wallet as per the company committment.
I never expected such a poor service from the company after paying in advance. I have already informed the issue before madam manya of the same company over phone but she kept me waiting like this by saying she will call me and provide me the complaint no. And when i called the customer care no.[protected]x7service as per the site) it went on ringing no body picked up the phone. Now i want either the company provides me the correct product or refund my money.. Need a proper, authentic and timely support at the earliest.
