It's not a real noise play action camera. I want to return it...

I baught a action camera, they are showing noise play at 2499 ₹.But i purchased. After one day recieved call .she told me payment cash option. I
am confirm not received any sms. She say delivery day received order sms. I have duplicate product. Some chinese low quality damaged product.i call to return. But they not picking up phone. I am contact delivery agency .he given address-F block f 159 Rajouri garden Delhi 110027....

Ordered one surevision glass on online, then I have received an order confirmation on moblie, I got my item delivered wrong damaged product through bludart courior on 14th April. when I tried to contact on the number given in the website they are not even lifting the phone. they have not given any invoice also.....
