[Resolved]  Onpoint Services — harassment by onpoint services employees

I wish to bring to your notice that i am being harassed mentally and asked for payment by this company. I was threatened by their employees that they will take me to court. Out of nowhere they called me first and provided me incomplete information about the work that was supposed to be done, they didn't even send me the demo work neither i got a confirmation call. I refused to work for them sooner after i realise that the company is fraud and charges money unnecessarily. I myself denied to work and they're not accepting it now. Instead their advocate is calling me and threatning me that he will take me to the court and is humiliating me about my family. On what grounds? Just because i was forced to work on something and I did not do it? They're demanding ₹15000 from me and they are telling me to come to district court. I'm not going to give them my hard earned money. They're fake, fraud.
