I got a post through dtdc in which there is a legal notice regarding the penalty which i have to pay.
I am very scared of didn't know what to do please help me out through this.
I am in search of an online work didn't know that this could be happen otherwise i don't show interest on it.
They send me work through mails but when i use to open it the file isn't respond.
When i reply to them to guide how it works they wouldn't replied and now without even getting a work or payout they are threating of penalty
Please help us.

I ignored but i receive a call advocate ssociates you pay 9800rs and i will issue a notice. They will send notice to my mail and address.
Their target is designed such that it is unachievable, and we also heard that even after doing their work they reject our work by giving fail qc reports, this is how they are doing business.
Please help as soon as possible.

I received a call from onpoint services for data entry work. They provide 190/- per page and the accuracy is 90% and for this they will charge 9800/-. I failed to achieve 90% accuracy and received a payment intimation of 9800/-. That was according to there agreement but after 2 days they again send me a notice that they filed a case in court and you have to pay charges for it. I was afraid to hear that. They charged me 46000/- for security money, court fees and other id' s payment and said that i will receive a clearance notice from court and now i have to pay nothing. After one month they again call me and said that i have to pay 19000/- amount for the clearance but i now they make a fraud. Because i havn' t received any confirmation form court yet. What to do now? Kindly guide me

than mr. Dipak patil call coming and his spoke me you paid 9800rs amount next 45 min other wise you i am taking legal action so i will paid 9800rs, than again call coming from verification dept advocate and he told me i[censored] want to cancel 11 month job contract so u need to be pay 25000RS then your agreement should be canceled and again he demanded me another 10000 rs
i receive call from multiple no-[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
totally i paid till time 9800rs rs but his another amount demand .
Please help me to get my money 9800 back from these frauds.

I was looking for a part time job then i got a call from one consultant named samar. He asked me to join this company onpoint services. But when this company alloted me a work then i found that most of the assigned work was incorrect and impossible to read and type correctly so i decided to call their customer care but they were also not guiding me and after 2 days they stopped picking up my call and after passage of the time of completion the assigned work they are forcing me to pay the penalty amount. Further, this company neither has any valid email address nor has any site (Fraulent company). This company is based on aurangabad, maharashtra as they claimed.

They made asked for sign via App, without telling that they will use it on stamp paper.After that they assigned task to me that was in image format which was difficult to read, at the time I got the task I denied I can not do this.
when i received work i called may time their helpline number regarding work but there is no response means not connect, i again complaint them that call not connect but they said try again. then i tried again also many times but not connect till the date. i want to say that the company is fraud because again i received a call that you want to complete your task then give me i will done with 100% accuracy at 50 rupees page. but i denied.
Then they started threatening me that I need to pay them 9800 rupees as cancellation charge, Otherwise they will take legal action.
After one month I got call my number and he told he is advocate and a case has been filed.They will send notice to my address, now I am waiting for their notice.

Also without any information to me generate app for agreement and force to me for sign the agreement otherwise i will legal action against to you. I was so scared and i says please canceled this agreement i am not agree for this policy. But not canceled from onpoint services. And again force to me for do the work. And now advocate - advocate associate : jatin shankar sehgal. Force and harsh to me for payment rs-10, 000. Other wise you will be phase on court.

I wish to bring to your notice that i am being harassed mentally and asked for payment by this company. I was threatened by their employees that they will take me to court. Out of nowhere they called me first and provided me incomplete information about the work that was supposed to be done, they didn't even send me the demo work neither i got a confirmation call. I refused to work for them sooner after i realise that the company is fraud and charges money unnecessarily. I myself denied to work and they're not accepting it now. Instead their advocate is calling me and threatning me that he will take me to the court and is humiliating me about my family. On what grounds? Just because i was forced to work on something and i did not do it? They're demanding 9800rs from me and i have paid the same as the agreement says for the utility and maintenance charges but after that they suppose to issue noc but then after that they are still demanding the money 20000 or 25000rs they are telling me to come to district court. I'm not going to give them my hard earned money. They're fake, fraud.
Please help to get my money back.

They sad that the work is rejected because the accuracy was not achieved. There were 150 images and each page contained 1050(even more than that) words in a page and for one spelling mistake 0.9% (1%) on accuracy was deducted.

Then they started threatening me that I need to pay them 9800 rupees as utility or penalty charge, Otherwise they will take legal action.
