I ordered a Product called "Original Samsung case for Samsung Galaxy S9 S8 plus note 8 cover silicone protective soft anti-wear wear protection cases Capa - Black / For Samsung S8 × 1" having order ID #12627 on 15 July 2020 for Rs. 748.00. I was supposed to get the product in 2 weeks' time but it is now more than two and a half months and I haven't received the product. Now, I want my money back. I tried contacting them regarding the issue but they don't receive my call. I feel cheated.

I ordered the product on 2nd of Jan 2020. Got confirmation and Order number (my Order #8384), Its December 3rd 2020 today, till date, I have not received my product. Initially they said, due to corona they are finding difficult to send my product. But from past 8months, They are not responding to Calls and Mails. Is there a way I can Sue them on the basis of cheating and absconding.
