Ontheshop.in — Completely different product received from what ordered

I ordered two sarees from ontheshop.com

One was supposed to be apple red and white and the other cerulean blue with green

The products I received were completely different in colour and design.

The products I received one had a purple and green saree and the other a green and mustard yellow saree.

I had paid Rs1598/- for the sarees and on delivery the sarees I got are not at all the same from what I ordered

I have written innumerable mails to the team but nobody replied.

No other point of contact is available.. Please help.

I either want a replacement or a refund.
