Its been 2 months i ordered 2 sarees am yet to receive them and not able to contact them as well..

I had ordered a saree from ontheshop on 2nd September. I still haven’t received the product and I’ve already paid for it. I’ve lost 899₹ now and I can’t even access their website anymore. I wish to cancel this order and get my refund.

I have ordered a saree on 2nd September 2020 e- Apple Red colour plain Linen Saree with Golden printed blouse amounting Rs.820/-. However, the product I got is entirely different from the image shown in the site and very poor quality saree that won't worth even for Rs. 200/- . I tried reaching them via email and phone but then no use, seems fake people asking for my debit card details for refund. Hence kindly look into the matter and seeking support to resolve my concern. I had ordered blue colour linen saree. The have delivered the wrong product which is very poor and old cloth saree. And they don't even have the return option in their website. I called them customer care number. No one picked the call. Later i got a call from unknown number stating it is ontheshop customer care. I explained issue to that person and he said the refund will be done now itself and he started asking for my paytm and googlepay number for refund. I said i cannot give you the number as i cannot trust anyone on this. I mean without seeing anything how he is ready to do refund. I disconnected the call and later i was getting so many calls from different people from ontheshop asking for my gpay and paytm numbers for refund. This website is completely fraud. Please do no buy anything from them.

Hi, this is VISHAL from Mumbai, I had ordered a saree called Shamrock green colour Lenin saree with blouse
And I have received a completely different product from your side which is highly unacceptable I would like to get my money back or replace the same with the actual product that was shown and ordered for .
I feel completely cheated by this way and your unprofessional service .

but received plain saree

But they have delivered plain saree which is not worth of the price.

I had ordered a saree on 1st sept20 which is not delivered yet. The details of the order are as below:

Post making payment of the ordered product, I have not received any details on the dispatch or delivery of the product. Post doing several follow up also, there has been absolutely no response from the Ontheshop team.

I have received a different saree... There was no tracking details... And when i received the saree it was completely different product... And it was of cheap quality...

I had recently ordered "Awesome cerulean blue colour plain saree with cotton dark blue colour blouse" But instead received a pathetic brown coloured saree which is defected with threads coming out. I want cash back.

I need the product which I ordered

They are frauds... Deliver wrong product and ask u for tge details to refund the amount.

Pls dont share ever.

I'd ordered for an 'apple red colour plain linen saree and golden print border with cream colour printed blouse - 1' as per description and what was sent is a grey coloured product. After delivery, when i tried checking the website to apply for return/refund, neither the website nor its facebook page was available anymore. The order id was #19880 and the awb for shipment processed by delhivery (https://www.delhivery.com/track/package/[protected] is[protected]. The sender details listed here is innovationmaker surface.

Such a fruadulet pls dont bjy anytg frm them neighter they pick ur call not the website is visible

I have ordered 3 saree. But I have received totally different products with very very poor quality. They have not provided contact number. I have been writing them many times but not replying. I want my refund

I received wrong color saree and its torn on the inside.in favt, the website i ordered from is no more available. So i don't know how to place a refund of my order. Kindly do not trust unknown sources 🙏🏻

Vermillion red maroon saree was ordered instead of that some ### colored piece of fabric landed which was torn, faded and what not! Highly disappointed and now the the site 'Ontheshop saree' is not available! No policy of refund! My hard earned money has been wasted. I request for some cyber security action to take place so that nobody falls into the trap of this fake platform

Ordered for the Apple Red silk saree and received for which I paid INR 820. Received a blue saree. No return address details on the parcel, website has suddenly stopped opening. Ekart delivered my product. How is this fraud business allowed to run so smooth. How can the logistics company accept couriers without return address details.
I need my money back and catch these fraudsters.

I ordered a black saree worth rs900 and all i receive was dirty, torn, green cheap brand saree. 1. There is no customer care number..2. No refund or return, 3. When searching their contact us information.. Its the guys doing fraud by asking your paytm or gpay or phonepe and assuring refund. Complete fraud.

I ordered two sarees of black and magenta pink colours summing up to rs. 1798 and today about few minutes ago i recieved two sarees of entirely different colours. What kind of juggling service is this? You people call this professionalism?? I need someone to get this fixed. Asap!!

No response from the consumer care number. The website is down. Don't know wheather i will get the money back or not.

I have ordered a saree - apple red colour plain linen saree and golden print border with cream colour printed blouse × 1 from ontheshop.in on september 1, 2020 and completed the payment via razorpay. They have send me a confirmation mail stating

"thank you for your purchase!
Hi jayalekshmi v, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent".

After that i couldn't contact them by any means and their website is not accessible now.

They delivered a wrong saree which is of low quality and not even worth Rs. 250. I got the delivery on 2nd sept and emailed them on the same day for refund. Yet no response from them. The contact number is also not available. I have attached the saree that I received.

I have placed an order on 1st sept i have not received any update so far. I have been continuously writing to them.
