Ontrack Rental — Refund not recieved as promised

I booked a two-wheeler (Bajaj Avenger) for a month through the Ontrack Rentals app. However, upon receiving the bike, I found it to be in an undrivable condition due to engine and battery issues. As a result, I immediately canceled the booking. The customer service representative assured me that the refund would be processed within 3-4 business days. However, despite waiting for over two weeks, I have not received my refund.

I have already raised a complaint via the consumer grievance platform, but the issue remains unresolved. I request immediate intervention to ensure the company processes my refund without further delay.
