Openwireless — I got wrong product

I ordered sonu bluetooth headphones and boss earbuds. It was on sale so i purchased it. But on opening they send me completely different product. I tried to contact them by any possible means i got so far. But there is no response from other side. They are saying they will get in touch but no response and now ther is no option to return or exchange the product. I want my money back or atlest originally ginla product. Kindly help me. They fraud me.

I recently ordered a wireless earphone and wireless earbuds from openwireless domain through Facebook on 16/08/2019.. But when it was delivered to me it was completely a fake product duping my Rs 1750 ... and the product is completely a Chinese product whereas what I ordered was from a original brand product.. Kindly help me and do the needful
