Openwireless — i have order jbl earphone headphone and earbuds but i have received sony duplicate headphone

I want refund my money and they are not responding after lot of mail i have send please help me if possible pls pls pls
I have ordered jbl earphone, earbuds, and jbl headphone on openwireless online company but he send me different product he send me sony duplicate headphone.
And i have send email for return this product and refund my money but they are not responding now pls help me if possible
