I have a ordered jbl bluetooth headset and i received sony headphone, i have given 1799 rupees, i need the item or else my money. They are not replying to the mail or there are return option available in their site. I have been trying to get them through mail from the moment i received the thing and so on, but unable to connect.
Kindly help to get the item which i ordered.

I have made an order with openwireless.in for JBL headset combo offer which was mentioned as 4 product for 1799/-. But i have received only one Sony wired headset which looks like 2nd quality product. There is no contact number or email id to get in touch with seller. Please dont buy any product from openwireless.in
